I can hardly believe that it is already November, how about you?! Time just keeps on trucking by! While 2020 has had a lot of surprises, it has been a reset of sorts. The cancellation of so many events, and the extra hours at home, created a great time to consider our priorities. While we were physically separated from some of our loved ones, those living with us received more attention. We received the chance to be bored, use creativity, and even rest! For Colorado Springs Music School, this year has been completely different from the business plans I so carefully laid out in January. We have changed locations, wished some teachers and staff our best wishes on their future endeavors, and welcomed new teachers and staff. We have done the same with some of our students. I know change is a way of life, but this year just seemed different. Right?! So with this reflection, I am wondering what your thoughts are for improvement? I would love to hear from you and see what suggestions you have. |

We put our hearts into making this the best experience possible for our students, but I can only imagine that there are ways we could improve that haven't even crossed our minds yet. We can make Colorado Springs Music School even better with a little help from our friends in 2021!
