Requirements:
-5 years of performing experience on the instrument you want to teach
-1 year of teaching experience (even if it is not in music)
-A humble and helpful attitude
-An excitement about the potential locked away in each student

-Multi-instrumentalist is a plus
-Consistency, Reliability, and Punctuality a must
-A degree or certification in Music, Education, Psychology, or Sociology is helpful, but not required

- Our teachers never have to schedule private make-up lessons when students miss their lesson. If the students do not attend their lesson that week, the teachers still get paid.
- Teachers are paid competitively, between $18 and $25 per hour depending on experience.
- We have Part-time positions available with different types of opportunities to fill teacher’s schedules. Not only do our teachers get to pour into their weekly students, they can also get paid for substitute teaching and special classes.
- Teachers never collect tuition for the School. We provide an office staff that takes on those billing and scheduling discussions, so teachers can focus in on teaching.
- All contact information goes through the office staff so that teachers can keep their privacy.
- We have a full time marketing person, to help fill teacher schedules. We even grow in the summer!
- We have lesson rooms with access to an array of instruments and gear while teaching.
